Benton H. Page focuses his practice exclusively in the areas of Matrimonial and Family Law, where he represents clients in divorce, child custody, paternity, post-dissolution proceedings, and orders of protection. Having grown up under the tutelage of one of the preeminent family law attorneys in Chicago, Mr. Page understands that a cookie-cutter approach cannot be taken in family law cases. Each client’s situation is different, and where possible, Mr. Page avoids litigation and attempts to resolve his clients’ cases amicably and peacefully as possible.

Mr. Page is a graduate of the University of Iowa College of Law, where he graduated in 2008. While at Iowa, he sat on the Iowa Law Review, acted as a Moot Court Student Judge, and interned at a well-respected Iowa family law firm.
