Having tried criminal cases as a third-year law student under the supervision of the Cook County Public Defender’s Office, Kyle Fraccaro assumed full responsibility for a thriving family law and general litigation practice as an associate of his suburban law firm, where he was named a partner just three years after his admission to the Illinois Bar.

A natural trial attorney with a background in the performing arts, this Midwestern son of a life-long minister relishes the opportunity to advocate for his clients in contested court proceedings. Having spent several years as a social worker and mental health professional before attending law school, Fraccaro understands that the rigorous legal analysis of a divorce case must be balanced with serious consideration for the human and emotional impact of the proceedings upon clients and their families.

A divorce can be one of the most difficult and challenging events of a person’s life, and when the custody of a child is involved, the stakes could not be higher. Parties to a divorce and their attorneys can and should work together to save time and money by promoting common interests. The consequences of protracted litigation can be both personally and financially devastating to individuals and families, and all reasonable efforts should be made to negotiate a fair settlement. When bad faith and unreasonable demands make this impossible, we will use every legal tool at our disposal to protect our client’s interests. Whenever circumstances require, it is an honor to represent a client at trial.

Fraccaro’s genuine concern for the well-being of his clients, and his insight into their needs and priorities within the context of the law, help make him a passionate yet balanced advocate.
