The son of an attorney in Iowa, Tim Jasper as a teenager chose to enter the legal field after working in his father's practice. After passing the Illinois bar exam, he opted to specialize in family law to work closely with clients, generating concrete results that would affect them directly. In line with Davis Friedman's philosophy, Mr. Jasper's primary approach to each case is to take as non-litigious a route as possible, in the interest of saving his clients' time and money, and minimizing undue stress. However, he is capable of strongly advocating for his clients if a case goes to court. Mr. Jasper works within numerous areas of family law including: pre-nuptial agreements, complex custody, parentage and dissolution of marriage actions, post-decree custody, parentage and dissolution of marriage actions, orders of protection, business evaluations and dissipation of martial assets.
