Amanda recognizes that family law is inherently complicated, emotionally charged, and often daunting. With this understanding, she approaches each situation with unwavering focus and compassion, appreciating the uniqueness and complexity of every case. Drawing on her background in economics and psychology, Amanda emphasizes critical analysis and meticulous attention to detail to achieve effective results.

During law school, Amanda geared her curriculum toward family law and earned a Certificate in Child and Family Law. Throughout her education, she gained invaluable in-court experience as a Child Representative and Guardian Ad Litem through the Child Law Clinic, utilizing a 711-law student license. This hands-on work solidified Amanda’s passion for family law and reinforced the importance of providing clients with the help they need to make informed decisions, especially regarding their children. Amanda also dedicated her time in law school to working as the Program Coordinator for the Domestic Violence Practicum. Through this position, she worked directly with victims of domestic violence, providing crucial resources and guidance to help them navigate their next steps. This role deepened her understanding of the sensitive nature of these cases and the criticalness of providing support and advocacy.

Amanda joined the firm as a law clerk at the beginning of 2023, where she has since sharpened her legal skills under the mentorship of seasoned professionals. During her time in this role, she gained valuable insights into a variety of case types. The values and expertise gained at Davis Friedman continue to shape Amanda’s practice today, ensuring every client receives the strong, resilient, and knowledgeable representation they deserve.
